I was so pleased to meet a nice family today that came into look at property. They were young and had young children. They own their home already. They also own a rent house. And they understand what a bargain time this is. This is the time in their lives to prepare for their future. They are looking for another rent house; one they can do some small repairs to in order to increase the value and then, rent the property out to make the payments.

Sound like a plan? Anyone with a job and good credit and a little money can do the same. Wouldn't it be nice to retire in a few years with several rental properties paid for? This young couple thinks so, and so do I. If you have never thought of owning rentals, you might want to reconsider it. Afterall, the stock market is not always that good to you, but you can see, feel and touch real estate.
