Ridge at Alta Vista is a terrific community

I was talking to the sales rep today with Toll, my wife Kathy and I have a resale home at 110 Sebastian's under contract and two new homes that are in different stages of construction sold as well. While there are a lot of changes going on with the builder, isn't that what's happening with all builders in Austin, they are still very committed to this area and wow, this is the time to get a terrific home in The Ridge at Alta Vista. I sold out here for 3 years with Toll and, as a Realtor, I have had my share of resale listings as well. I know a lot of the people in this area and I made a lot of friends. I would recommend this community to anyone.
