Caballo Ranch – 1 home currently for sale ranging in price from $279,900 to $393,990 and none are currently under contract. The last Caballo Ranch home sold closed in July, 2011.
Cold Springs – 12 homes currently for sale ranging in price from $118,000 to $150,888 with 4 of these currently under contract. The last Cold Springs home sold closed in September, 2011.
Crystal Falls – 103 homes currently for sale ranging in price from $125,000 to $999,950 with 20 of these currently under contract. Over the last 60 days 13 Crystal Falls homes have sold. Crystal Falls is the largest subdivision in Leander and one of the best sellers.
