The City of Lewisville First Time Homebuyers Assistance Program is available NOW! The program offers qualified 1st Time Homebuyers down payment, closing cost, and principal reduction assistance. All great questions and you’re going to be excited to know that the City of Lewisville can provide up to 1/2 of the down payment, up to $10k in principal reduction, up to 95% of the closing cost, and a $1500 location incentive for specific neighborhoods in Lewisville. Purchase in the City of Lewisville
Property must pass a city inspection
Agree to the occupancy requirements (lien terms)
Maximum liquid asset limit = $8,000 (cash, checking, savings, stocks, bonds, CDs)
Must be a U.S. Citizen/Qualified Alien/Non-citizen National
