It is amazing to me how the little things can make such a difference in conducting business transactions. I was thinking about this as I made my plan of action for today. We meet regularly with other offices in an effort to market our listings and to share vital information. We preview other listings so that we are aware of what is on the market in areas the we have listings and to be familiar with our market in able to help our buyers and sellers. It is important to us to keep close relationships to local mortgage companies and their loan programs also.
