Short Sale Boogie - Part 3 - Who is Reading this? Clients!!!

Today was a good day. I had phone duty from 10-12 this morning. I picked up a potential buyer and just as I was about to leave at noon, another call came in. The receptionist indicated that it was for me so I thought it was a random call. Was I surprised. It was someone who found me on Active Rain regarding my Short Sale success. I got all the information necessary and we began talking via e-mail. Midway through the afternoon, the client realized I was answering via my blackberry and sent me her PIN. For the rest of the day we talked PIN to PIN. I will be listing her home tomorrow evening right after she gets home from work. I already sent her my list of documents I need from her. Tonight she sent a message that she will have everything ready for me by tomorrow evening. The dream client!!!

This will be my first actual real lead from Active Rain. I feel like I need to pinch myself. I will post more after tomorrow evenings appointment. I am pumped.
