"Jammin' In June" Music in the Park -- McKinney, Texas
Back due to popular demand ... "Jammin' in June" Music in the Park makes a triumphant return this summer!
Presented by the oh, so hip, City of McKinney, "Jammin' in June" is a series of three concerts featuring outstanding, creative, and locally-based musical talent. These artists have been carefully chosen for their diverse sounds and styles, in order to please a wide range of musical tastes. The wonderful celtic-rock band Needfire kicks off the series this week! Followed next week by Studio 54, and then John Wynn String Fever wraps up the month.
The concerts are fun and free! Bring the entire family and invite your friends and co-workers! You know you'll see your neighbors there! Who knows, you might even meet a new friend -- someone you had no idea was into celtic rock, too.
Feel free to bring blankets, lawn chairs, picnic baskets and coolers -- it's all about fun and comfort! (But no alcohol allowed in the park, please.)
