| We would like to formally invite everyone to the Medina Lake Cajun Festival this year.
We are celebrating our 30th year with great music, bread pudding, and world famous gumbo of all varieties. We have over 20 entrants this year including our new culinary gumbo cook off group. This one day event is from 11:00 AM till 10:00 PM packed with entertainment including 2 stages of continuous music from the great state of Louisiana.
