Robin - I find alot of people that do a alot of talking are sometimes the ones that don't vote. I agree with you we should honor this privilege. Don't leave it to someone else to do, everyone should participate.

At this time it looks like Deb and I are going after the 1930 home. I told you about.


It's just going to come down to if the seller really wants to sale it or not.

Well my friends, We made an offer on the place this afternoon. They where asken $114,900.00. We offered $101,112.00. I thought our Agent was going to fall right out of her chair when, we told her that. With in a half hour our Agent called with their counter offer of $110,000.00. Wanted to know if we wanted her to call their Agent right back to say we would go with that. She also said this is a really good offer. We told her we would call her back. I'll have to E-Mail ya about the things I found out before maken this here offer.

You must have missed me the morning (bright and early) of the LAST day to register in Comal.  Standing in the EMPTY registration office asking the girl "where is everyone?".   Guess I was the only one that was sliding in at the last minute! HA HA....
