Austin Foam Plactics Phase 2 - SP-09-0016: A site plan application to expand an existing structure adding approximately 132,250 sq. ft. of impervious cover. The property is generally located at 2933 A. W. Grimes Blvd., at the corner of A.W. Grimes Blvd., and Pflugerville Parkway.

Discount Tire @ Town Center - SD-09-0017: An application for a Special District permit to allow an automotive service center in the Corridor Urban Level 4 (CL-4) zoning district for approximately 1 acre.
