Austin Absolute Realty May 2009 News

May 2009

$8,000 Tax Credit for First-Time Home Buyers and Austin Absolute Realty Updates Now is the time to buy and Austin Absolute Realty can help you! In February of 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act offering ten key provisions to first time home buyers. According to Realtor.org, "The bill provides for a $8,000 tax credit that would be available to first-time home buyers for the purchase of a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009."

As always, we encourage you to inquire and ask questions to a real estate professional. This is your money, should you buy a home before the first of December. In addition, this credit does not require repayment and any credit that remains unused is refunded as a check to the buyer. Do you qualify?

In March, Austin Absolute Realty started our marketing campaign in Mexico to target International relocation to the San Antonio and Central Texas areas. The results have been amazing and are progressing each day. We look forward to refining and strengthening our new niche.

In April and May, Austin Absolute Realty has been busy selectively recruiting and hiring top recommended Agents. We would like to welcome Robert Guerra, Angelica Rios, and Tim Turner. Each individual will be a valuable asset to our family and to the real estate community.

Congratulations to Rodney Bustamante, Broker of Austin Absolute Realty, for his prominence in the real estate community and recognition from the Austin Board of Realtors.
