The numbers are in for the Month of May 2009. I am happy to report that since January of 2009 we have been steadily increasing in the number of homes sold and the average sales price, with the exception for the month of April, we took a bit of a dip, but we are up again. The Real Estate Market is not what it was in 2007 and thank God, because it was over inflated, but we are doing better than we were towards the end of 2008. This is all encouraging news for all of the REALTORS in Waco.
