Join us for the 2010 TREPAC Golf Tournament

If you're in the DFW area, we would love for you to join us in our 2010 TREPAC Golf Tournament!

The tournament will have a 10AM shotgun start on Monday, April 19 at Denton Country Club.

This year, I am the TREPAC Chair for the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS. This golf tournament is our big fundraiser to help us protect the interests of Texas Realtors throughout the year down in Austin.

When faced with a deficit, the Texas Legislature unfortunately tries to turn to the real estate industry to make its money. In the last session alone, lawmakers tried to pass a real estate transfer tax 11 times! With taxes like that, some buyers are forced out of the market. And this is only one example of new taxes and regulations being proposed for the real estate indudstry.

By donating to TREPAC, you will help to ensure that these costly measures won't ever become a part of Texas real estate. We have a stable market here, and TREPAC will help preserve that.

includes: mulligans, raffle tickets, food & drink
