Short Sale with Chase as 2nd!! HELP????

I have had a shortsale with alot of offers that have moved on since it was taking awhile. I am not new to short sales and I always get them done! I am having an issue now with Chase Bank in the Recovery Department. I have an Agent I am talking to who will not BUDGE! Chase is the 2nd, the 1st offered them 1,000 of the 7,000 they are owed for a pool loan. They refuse and say they want all of the 7,000. Mike Messerly -The Chase Rep. said he will let it foreclose before they will accept any less than the 7,000! Which we all know they get NOTHING if the first forecloses.

I have never had anyone so stubborn and not willing to negotiate even a little. We all know I cannot get money from the seller, the first is not caring about the 2nd...and didn't the new rule take effect April 1st? Please help me get in touch with someone at Chase who will get this deal done! Buyers are ready to move in now! The 2nd is all we need to agree....I do not have any money to give up in commissions, and seller has no money to bring to the table. The buyer is not going to pay them....so what do we do? I am tempted to go to the local media and let them exploit Chase..since I was asked to pay them 10% of balance OFF the HUD and they would release the loan. I explained that is not LEGAL..and now I cannot get any cooperation or approvals. Does anyone have a contact I can call at Chase?
