Rain Rain Go Away?

I would really like to say rain rain go away...but this is Texas, we'll take every drop we can get. To all the folks in other states and some in the great state of Texas it really does rain in July...occasionally. So as I look out my office window, wondering if my truck will get stuck in the mud when I show land tomorrow, I have to smile. I will enjoy the cooler temperatures and I may just splash a mud puddle because I know 100+ degrees is just around the corner!
