BAD PICTURES = LOST BUYERS

I am constantly SHOCKED at the presentation of so many homes on the market. As it is clearly known that the majority of home searches begin online, buyers can be instantly lost if pictures are not clear and bright with an excellent rendition of what the home actually looks like. This is an actual picture from a $365,000 home. I think this agent should be ashamed and the homeowner should be irate.

How can buyers even be expected to see past the mess and clutter? A simple consultation by a certified stager, can point out all the ways that these rooms can be helped so that they will appear so much more appealing in pictures. That will only attract more buyers and help sales!

Again sellers have to ask themselves if they would rather have their properties presented like this:
