Homepath Financing? Anyone? Anyone?

Does anyone know anything about Fannie Mae homepath financing? I have an investor who is interested in a fourplex. It is illigable for homepath financing. I went to Fannie Mae's site and pulled the lenders from Texas. The problem is I can't seem to find a lender who is knowledgeable on this. To be fair I have only called 2. I am tempted to just call down the list. I have talked to the Realtor who has the property listed for Fannie Mae. She doesn't know anything about homepath financing either. So I decided to go where any good Realtor would go. Acitve Ran!
