What's In Your Wallet

When you hear the words Home Warranty.... do your eyes roll back....start seeing $$$$$ dropping out of your wallet...

I am not here to tout one brand over the other as there are several great choices... but CHOOSE ONE.... YES ***GET A HOME WARRANTY**

Our listing packet includes a Seller/Buyer home warranty... in fact as I am working on an offer ...the sellers are thankful that our recommendation was a seller/buyer home warranty...

For the Seller ... the minute you list a home ...something stops working... there is great comfort knowing that there is solution available and that your home is covered (the basic plan covers dishwasher, garbage disposal, water heater, A/C, heating, trash compactor, stove, built in microwave...)

For the Buyer... it's also a great comfort (even after a home inspection) that the seller has provided a "warranty" so that IF something stops working within that years time that the buyer has a solution available.

Home warranties help in preventing a COSTLY expense for repairs or replacement that you would incur if you did NOT have a home warranty in place. The cost runs from $399 - $450 which includes a basic seller/buyer home warranty. There is a service fee that costs about $65... for the service technician to come out and assess the repair/replacement... and like any warranty - yes there are plan limits... so it is important to do a little homework.

A Seller/Buyer Home Warranty...adds a little more than $$$ to your wallet... it gives both the seller and the buyer an added protection for your investment...
