If you've wanted to sell, NOW is the time!

To be honest, traffic has been REALLY slow but picking up steadily and I'd say NOW we're hitting full stride.

One listing I have, had 12 showings in 3 months...we had 10 showings this week and guess what? The offer came along with the showing and activity.

If you are priced right and getting traffic, you should expect that somewhere between 7-10 showings should generate an offer on your listed property. Now, that's not to say this is a hard and fast commandment, but stats show us that 7-10 is a magic number of showings!

So the market is heating up to the point that if you have a good marketing plan to get the exposure and capture the buyers attention and you're priced right for you condition and location, then yes, NOW is the time to get on the market...do not wait!
