The MLS was dead on for this particular listing. Under the public description it reads... "Home conveniently close to the airport." And I suppose if you want to live VERY close to the airport then this house might be a good location. Unfortunately for this seller my buyers had to pass after seeing this video I emailed them. If you flew constantly would you like this type of convenience? While shooting this video a neighbor approached me and said that after the first year he hardly even notices "the planes.
