I just went through my contact management system and customized my email templates all over again. Adding fresh content that isn't canned from the provider is way more productive, personal and useful. In addition to my CRM I'm using Happy Grasshopper.

Over the last five years I've noticed traffic consistency has slowed with real estate drip campaigns. I think consumers are getting dripped on by a lot of various industry professionals. The cool thing is that Happy Grasshopper is unique and even entertaining. I signed myself up as a contact and actually look forward to the email. The system allows you to track who views the emails, the bounce rate and much more. It's great for any industry, especially Real Estate.
