What should you do if you are behind, upside down or at risk of falling behind on your mortgage payments?
Our market is still very tricky, and daily I speak with homeowners who don't know that they have options when dealing with a difficult situation when it comes to their homes.
Most of you don't know that you may be able to save your home, sell your home without the stress and embarrassment of a foreclosure and some of you are right at the end of the process and cannot change the tide of things to come. No matter what your current situation appears to be, if you call I can provide information that may open up some options for you. If you are down to the very end, it is still worth a call.
My goal is to develop relationships with you that will go on for years to come and to be a resource that you would refer to your friends and family. That being said, my objective is to help you get to the best possible place in a bad situation. If it is possible to save your home from foreclosure and even help you continue to own and occupy your home, then that is what I will work toward.

I am sure that if you are speaking with your lender, you are getting different answers everytime you call. Your lender has multiple departments that have access to different information. Each department has a different function and do not always know what is going on in other departments. I can help you get to the true status of your loan quickly which will help determine how much time is available to get to a resolution to any current or potential problems with your mortgage.
Short sale is a possibility, but not the first place to start. I do list and sell short sale homes, that is the last resort when the only other outcome would be foreclosure.
