Michelle door contacted for a community blog sponsored by here and twelve blog posts over three months. We did the rather substantial setup of
sanantonio.uplog.org and put her on top of Google including optimizing and ranking her target website within 48 hours. I can only assume that she thought those rankings would be permanent as she immediately attempted to destroy, contest, and otherwise resend the agreement immediately. After substantial correspondence and three people attempting to appease her, all the while with her refusing to call me, she agreed to a 50% refund and part ways. Then I removed her links and her rankings for her target search evaporated as quickly as i had created them. The edited articles and blog still rank for the target search, with her name and telephone number removed here, and her site is still ranking since I cannot take it back: what I have done for her:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=san+antonio+foreclosure+expert+broker&gbv=2&rlz=1R2GGLL_en&oq=san+antonio+foreclosure+expert+broker&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=s&gs_upl=1281l1281l0l2062l1l1l0l0l0l0l312l312l3-1l1l0
As is the blog I created for her, ranking still, without her name and number.
Now she thinks she is entitled to a full refund, even though I have done double the work?
I put to you that this is living proof that the work was performed as agreed - but we are still willing to refund $150 because although I preformed the optimization she agreed to pay another $150 for, I am happy not to complete the three months of blogging on this ungrateful, dishonest woman's behalf, and I have removed all reference to her from the many articles and links that I created on her behalf removed her phone number from line one number one on Google organic search.
We have extensive documentation of the above in email, rankings, and witnesses, image of original setup attached:
