Market Conditions in Bryan/College Station Texas for Week of April 27 - May 3

Report #18 - for week of April 26 through May 3, 2008:

Each week I provide this information about the activity in the Bryan/College Station area compiled from information from our local multiple listing service. I have not verified the information so they are approximate. These total are ONLY for SINGLE FAMILY RESALE HOMES.

Number of new listings taken was 97 (up from 85 last week)

Number of homes that went under contract/option contract was 55 (down from last week)

Number of homes that went to closing 69 (up from 58 last week)- GREAT Number of closings. Sellers are getting money in their pockets and buyers have become homeowners.

This is an excellent report. Keep it up Bryan/College Station.

Our area is indeed strong. We are fortunte to live in the great Brazos Valley.

LOOKS LIKE WE ARE DOING WONDERFUL IN THE BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION area.

These figures are GREAT. We are doing well in the Brazos Valley which includes Bryan, College Station, and surrounding areas. Remember these totals are only for a one week period.
