Do People Read my Weekly Market Reports? ~ YES~

Each week I compile the number of residential single family properties that are newly listed, under contract, and sold in the College Station area.

When I first started doing this, I wondered if people would really read them...the answer is definitely yes.

I can tell by my statistics pages how many hits and clicks I get on each one. I get at least 200 and up to 500 people viewing my weekly market update blog.

This weekly update is good for the public, other realtors, and myself. It gives home owners in our area an idea of what's really happening in our area. It gives other realtors an easy way to see what the market is doing. And....it helps me by reminding me each week that College Station is doing well in real estate.
