Each week I provide this information about the activity in the Bryan/College Station area compiled from information from our local multiple listing service. I have not verified the information so they are approximate. These total are ONLY for SINGLE FAMILY RESALE HOMES.

Number of new listings taken was 103 (last week was 97)

Number of homes that went under contract/option contract was 170 YES THAT IS RIGHT - AMAZING ( up from last week of 55)

Number of homes that went to closing 52 (last week was 69)

THIS WEEK WAS THE #1 WEEK OF THE YEAR IN NUMBER OF UNDER CONTRACT/OPTION CONTRACT . That shows what a wonderful market we have in Bryan/College Station.

Our area is indeed strong. We are fortunte to live in the great Brazos Valley.
