Each week I provide this information about the activity in the Bryan/College Station area compiled from information from our local multiple listing service. I have not verified the information so they are approximate. These total are ONLY for SINGLE FAMILY RESALE HOMES.

THIS WEEK IS VERY CLOSE TO LAST WEEK. ANOTHER GOOD WEEK IN THE BRAZOS VALLEY.

Number of new listings taken was 104 (last week was 103)

Number of homes that went under contract/option contract was 135 (last week was 170)

Number of homes that went to closing 74 (last week was 52)

*The numbers above for solds and under contract are only as accurate as to when the listing offices submit them.

LOOKS LIKE WE ARE DOING GREAT IN THE BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION area.
