Jack be nimble, Jack be Quick

Remember the children's nursery rhyme?

Jack be nimble,

Jack be quick,

Jack jumped over the candlestick.

(It's been a while, I think that's how it goes)

It got me thinking about today's market.

You have to be flexible (nimble) and raise above the crowd.

You have to be quick (don't sit around waiting for something to happen, make it happen)

If Jack hadn't been nimble and quick he would have burned his butt on that candlestick.

The market in real estate is what you make it just as life is what you make it.
