Fort Walton Beach, Destin and Okaloosa Island a great beach Vacation June 2010

Jay and I returned from a much needed vacation on Tuesday we spent 5 nights on Okaloosa Island right outside Destin, FL. The sand on the beach is white as sugar and the water was emerald green. We arrived on June 17^th and did not see any oil on the beach. After a couple of days we notice same tarballs. We were delighted to witness the cleanup crews working and cleaning up the tarballs on the beach. We ate dinner twice at our all time favorite restaurant Old Bay Steamer!
