2. Texas Principles of Real Estate II - Covers property ownership, property transfer, real estate licensing, finance, math, and fair housing.
3. Law of Agency - Covers agency concepts, agreements with buyers and sellers, fiduciary duties, intermediaries, agency termination, and more.
4. Law of Contracts - Covers contract law and reviews in detail how to create a contract, contract forms, breaches, provisions and other topics.
5. Real Estate Appraisal - Covers the principles and practices of appraisal.
6. Real Estate Finance - Covers agency concepts, agreements with buyers and sellers, fiduciary duties, intermediaries, agency termination, and more.
7. Real Estate Investment - Covers real estate investments characteristics, techniques of investment analysis, time-valued money, and more!
Although all of your course work is importannt a substantial portion of the exam come from Principles I & II. If you know these courses well, you should do fine on the exam.
