An ActiveRain networking friend of mine is a real estate broker in Loudoun County Virginia (bet you AR junkies can guess who I'm referring to - duh!) and she recently did a Market Report that focused more on volume than prices. OBTW: I went back 1 year from yesterday (9/24/10) for 2010 figures, one year before that for 2009, and so on.
