VIDEO - Our Trip to the "Magic Time Machine"

My wife grew up in San Antonio, and we like to visit periodically, since it's only about an hour and a half from our house.  About 3 weeks ago, we took a weekend trip to just hang out and relax a bit.  My older kids LOVE to eat at the Magic Time Machine.  In the video below, you can experience our visit, too!

The restaurant is located at 902 NE Loop 410.  They have another one in Dallas, at 5003 Beltline Road.

Enjoy!

Jason, that place looks like a lot of fun for a family outing! Guess you left the little one at home?

Looks like a fun place!  Your little ones sure looked like they were enjoying it, that's for sure!

Jason - That looks like a great place to take the kids. It looks like they really enjoyed it.

Jason,

This looks like a really fun place to visit, thank you for taking us along.

Oh....Memories of home!  I used to love Magic Time Machine.  I have not been there in years.  Glad you enjoyed yourself.

I would love to visit this place.  The salad "car" was really a clever idea!  What a nice dad you are making memories with the kids!

Wonderful time spent, celebrating joy! All the best to you & your family for a safe & fun holiday!

Sharon - Actually, she slept through the whole thing in her car seat in the booth.  :)

We have one about 15 minutes from here. Have not checked it out though. Glad to hear you had a good time. Perhaps we will actually get there.

Jason...

Until I watched the video, I had no idea what the "Magic Time Machine" was. Now I do! And BTW your kids look just like you!

Jason - I drive by that place every day on the way to taking my wife to work.  I had dinner there once, but it was for a function, so it was one-meal-fits-all and not super amazing.  It's a pretty popular place though.  You know it's owned by Jim's?

Hi Jason... the one in Addison is one of the few reaturants that has been a constant fixture on Belt Line Road since I moved here in the early 90's.
