Are you more excited about Christmas? Or 2011?

I've got to say, even though I have two small kids at home and Christmas officially threw up in my house last week (got all the decorations up!), I am really more excited about 2011 than Christmas.

I KNOW - it sounds horrible. But listen folks, this was my first year in Real Estate! And while I had a pretty decent first year, I KNOW it could be a lot better. (It's been a pretty quiet fall!) And I'm thinking that the 2011 Forecast is going to be the time when we're all out doing the 'HAPPY DANCE'. Obviously I'm not an expert yet... a professional, yes - but an expert, not yet. However, my non-expert opinion is that 2011 is going to see the Real Estate market blossom once again.

I keep telling everyone I know that now is such a wonderful time to buy a home. CNN.com just posted ANOTHER article about home buying: "Buying a Home now is a no-brainer" (http://money.cnn.com/2010/12/10/pf/buy_a_home_now.moneymag/index.htm).

So even though I'm enjoying the Christmas lights and holiday music, and treasure the reason that this season brings, I find myself anxiously awaiting 2011 and the hope of a busy New Year!
