Another great day down on the corner. I passed out cards, chit chatted with the newspaper hawker "bob" great guy by the way he is always offering me coffee and things like that. Interesting thing happened today. I stopped into a local shop for some breakfast and a guy asked "Are you the Realtor" I said yes I am He said"Me and my buddy were wondering. My friend thought you were just a guy the Realtor paid to stand on the corner". I wounder how many people think that. Please read my entire blog about this type of marketing.
