Realtor holds a sign ---> Results so far

I have been standing on the corner of 281 and Bitters Road in San Antonio Texas for two weeks. I have been holding my sign that says I'm a Realtor and WILL WORK FOR YOU. Many people perceive this sign as saying WILL WORK FOR FOOD. I have had some great responses from people stopped at that intersection. Yes I have heard some other things like GET A JOB and even one Realtor who told me what I was doing was DISGUSTING,ILLEGAL and YOU ARE STUPID. For the most part it has been people giving me the thumbs up sign and asking for my card. I see some of the same people on a daily basis so some roll down their window and chit chat asking if I have had ANY LUCK........The good news is I have. I have listed one home, I am currently working with three great buyers and I have just sent a CMA to another potential seller. I am having such a good time. I am busier than I have ever been and I at least feel like I am on the brink of turning this thing around.
