I am still stopping at nothing to sell Real Estate.

I still feel the same way today as I did when I got this wacky idea of mine to stand on the street corner. It makes you motivated when you can see immediate results. Something about standing there in the misting fog this morning in one of the greatest cities San Antonio. When someone stops and yells out the window "Sir can I have your card?" It's a wonderful feeling to know someone is considering you to be their agent. The thing is you can mail to your hearts content but if you haven't been mailing to the same area forever you don't know if it's working. With the sign I see peoples lips moving reading my sign. It reminds me of that stop smoking campaign where they say terrible but true things about smoking and the people watching them say the things get little cartoon balloons above their heads as if to say oh I get it. Well I see those little cartoon balloons every morning and it feels great. Get out there and sell Real Estate people...It's a buyers market...You owe it to these buyers to tell them interest rates will never be lower..They need to get off the fence...Don't fall into the trap of buying too late and the perception is well everyone is buying so should I...It may be too late Call everyone you know today let them know.
