Conventional stick-framed construction, with all walls framed 16" on center, sit atop steel reinforced engineered slabs to provide a firm foundation for every New Leaf home. New Leaf homes come with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warrantee. The inspection is done on each home by a third party inspector at the Steel, Frame, Rough mechanical and Final Stages.
