Real Estate According to a 4 Year Old

I have had the best time this year with my youngest child. Instead of sending him to preschool, I have been able to keep his with me during the day while I go about the exciting world of real estate. During these months, he has made some hilarious observations and statements so I thought I would take a minute and share these one-liners with you all. Here are a few of the things he has said during our work days.

• On the new GPS: "Mommy, how does that lady know where we should turn? She is CREEPIN' me out!!!"
• On a home in need of some TLC: "Mommy, why is that house broken?"
• On going to the office: "Mommy are we going to the office? I have my briefcase (his back pack) ready for work." (it was full of dinosaurs, transformers, and power rangers)
• On title companies: "Mommy is this a place where I get a treat if I behave?" (title companies often have fun sugary treats!)
• On a BPO of vacant land: "Mommy where did the house go?"

These are just a few of the things I will remember from my last year having my "full time assistant" (next year he will start kindergarten). I cherish the time I have had him with me and although I do have to make adjustments on how I run my real estate business, I can't imagine having it any other way!
