The Vineyard-The Renaissance Sales Profile 2010

The Vineyard community known as Renaissance had a great deal of sales activity in 2010. It is the last of the Vineyard communities to be developed. In fact, there are a few lots still available.

Earlier this week, I posted The Vineyard in San Antonio Real Estate Profile 2010. That post described sales activity in the Napa Forest and Sienna Woods section. Later this week I plan to complete the series by profiling The Province, Tuscany Hills, and The Enclave.

According to the House Almanac, The Renaissance has 167 lots. There were fifteen (15) sales in this community in 2010. That is about a 9% turnover.

The median asked price was about $118 per square foot, and the median sales price worked out to be about $113 per square foot. Here is a chart with the key numbers for The Renaissance section of The Vineyard.



The Renaissance section of The Vineyard has the widest range of price points of any of the communities. There are luxury homes and mid-point priced homes.
