The Vineyard-San Antonio Market Report 2011

The Vineyard, a community of six subdivisions in North Central San Antonio is north of Loop 1604. Napa Forest and Sienna Woods subdivisions are east of Huebner Road and The Enclave, The Province, The Vineyard-Tuscany Hills in San Antonio TXTuscany Hills, and The Renaissance are west of Huebner. Each of the gated communities has camera surveillance at the entrance.

All communities are all under the HOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Vineyard Home Owners Association. The HOA fees differ among the communities, but all residents in good standing have access to the community clubhouse and pool.

The Vineyard communities have seen increased real estate sales activity in 2011 over 2010. See the chart below.
