Elizabeth- It is a wonderful community. I live in the community that you drive through to get to it and I love all the lakes, trees and overall peacefulness of the community. There are a lot of new speculative homes available in there at the moment. It is a great place for a buyer that wants a new home but does not want to wait.
Cynthia, from what I have seen from your post I think you are correct. We still have a market where there is something for everyone.
Danny, the re-sales are just starting to happen in Augusta Pines. It is a little hard to do a market report because of the wide variation in pricing. What did you think of the format I used? This was my first time for this particular format.

This looks like a great community in Spring Texas. We have a couple of local golf communities with wide price ranges too. It is interesting to drive through one community and see everything from quaint cottage style homes to lake side mansions!
Rita, you are right Augusta Pines has a large variation of homes. You can choose from small patio homes to large estate homes on the golf course.
