Marchel, This looks like a lovely community. Nice pictures and affordable too.
Judy, it is a nice community, great for first time home buyers.
Marchel--Forest North looks like a wonderful place to live!
Marchel, I just love finding communities like this. It's so much fun to explore these with first time buyers and it's so exciting when they realize that they can finally get a house. I love neighborhoods like these! I love all the trees you have in your area.
Teri, Forest North is a wonderful place to live. It has great access both to Houston and the Woodlands.
Linda, I have put several first time home buyers in this community. It is a wonderful first time home buyer community.
I love our trees also. Coming originally from Kansas I truly appreciate living someplace that has trees. Now when we lived in North Carolina it was almost overkill I longed for wide open spaces. Living here is the best of both worlds; we have lots of trees and lots of wide open spaces.
Nice community and nice prices too. Great post Marchel.
Bob, it is a nice community and very affordable for that first time home buyer. Thanks for stopping by.
Marchel is is great that there is an affordable community close to the city, in so many areas such is not the case.
Marchel, I went and looked at my very first blog post in March and you were one of the first people to welcome me to AR. Thanks! I'm glad we've gotten to know each other!
Jennifer, we are fortunate to have such affordable communites. It makes it possible for home buyers to buy their first home.
Linda, I went and checked it out. I only started the end of January so had not been here that long when I commented. After checking I remember the comment; as I was just getting ready to go to Fort Worth for my cousin's daughters wedding. It was an outdoor wedding and the weather was picture perfect!
What a nice, affordable neighborhood! We have nothing like that in that price range. So interesting to compare. Blessings!!
Marchel, the houses look so new in this area.
