• Very quick response. Phone call, showing up, email, all clients like someone who respondes quickly to their questions. Within 15 minutes if possible.
• Willing to help. It doesn't matter they are 1st time buyers/sellers or experienced buyers/sellers, they want someone who is willing to help them, cares about them. Someone with compassion.
• Know your stuff. They want you to be knowledgeable of your market; they don't expect you to know everything, but they want to know if you will find out the answer for them.
• Honesty. Don't act like someone you are not. If I don't know about certain topic, I honestly tell my client I have to double check before I answer them. They appreciate that much more than you make up some answers to tell them. They know when you lie.
