I Love Referring Agents from ActiveRain!

I am very fortunate to have clients that trust me for referrals, even if that means helping them find agents in other parts of the country.

The first place I look is in The Rain. I have never been disappointed and today was no exception!

I got an email yesterday from a client of mine who has a friend needing to sell in Spring, TX. I knew I could count on ActiveRain to lead me in the right direction. I took a look at Paula McDonald's blog and saw that she updated her blog quite often. Not only that but with fun, thought-provoking and insightful material.

I knew she would be a great fit so I sent her an email late last night, or actually, early this morning. Much to my surprise, she responded within five minutes. As I told her, she's a girl after my own heart :)

I made contact with the potential seller this morning and spoke with Paula around 10 am. She was knowledgable and eager to take on the business.
