The newest Village of Creekside Park in Northwest Harris County is rapidly taking shape. We have been following the progress and I can tell you it changes on a daily basis. One of the newest communities in Creekside Park is Wilde Creek and it is booming.

There are three different sections of Wilde Creek ranging in price from $238,000 to $500,000. I am giving you prices that are reflective of May 2008. This area is hopping so I expect that the prices will hop also.
Chesmar Builders and Village Builders (a Lennar company) are building homes from a low of $238,000 to $300,000. Square footage ranges from around 2200 square feet to close to 3000 square feet. The homes all have designer tile, granite, whirlpool tubs, energy efficiency and much more.

Plantation Homes and David Weekly homes are building home priced from $263,000 and $320,000.These square footages are between 2100 square feet to 3300 square feet. They again have designer floors, granite or silestone counters, energy efficiency construction, crown molding etc. etc. etc.
With homes starting at $393,000 and going up to about $488,000 you will find Wilshire Homes, David Weekly Homes & Village Builders (a Lennar community). Square footage ranges from 3000 square feet to 4200 square feet. You will find gracious living with all the amenities to go along with it.

Wilde Creek has their own park and picnic area. There is a real sense of community and a place for the residents to get together.
Creekside Park is located just south of Spring Creek between Gosling and Kuykendahl. To get to Wilde Creek you come in at the Gosling entrance; the road will have a Y and you want to stay to the left. You will then see Wilde Creek on your left.
It is to your advantage to have your own representation when buying a new Woodlands home.

Marchel,
Looks like a very nice neighborhood with some wonderful amenities and the prices are affordable. Great information to get out to your consumers.
Marchel, what a beautiful display of photographs of a community. How did you line these up like this? It almost looks as if you did a series of snapshots together. Please share! ;-)
CYNTHIA, It is a great community and growing like crazy. We cut throught there now on the way to The other part of The Woodlands and so we see its progress almost on a daily basis. It is changing so rapidly it almost makes my head spin.
TERI, I did it using tables in HTML. Karen Rice first told me how to do it. I still have the email saved where she described it for me. If you would like for me to send it to you send me an email and I will respond to you with the instructions and the notepad attachment.
Marchel, what a beautiful neighborhood! That's a lot of house for the price, very reasonable. If you would, please email the instructions to me too, your layout looks very nice.
Marchel - Seems like a nice community and I love the fact that there are a variety in styles and prices. So are the buiders in your area still going full speed ahead?
Marchel~What a beautiful community. I just love the homes that are available there.
Debbie, send me an email and I will respond to it with the instructions. I have an attachment that I will need to add also.
Jennifer, It depend on the area as to whether the builders are going full speed ahead. The newest village of The Woodlands is selling like hot cakes. The sales counselor in the Plantation Homes told me they were almost sold out already. It is quite incredible.
LINDA, The Woodlands is a gorgeous community. This will be in a little bit different location than what you were in as it is in Harris County. I wish I could get Active Rain to add The Woodlands in Harris County on to localism. It just doesn't feel right putting the subdivison in Montgomery County when it is in Harris County.
Marchel: All of those builders and their models look really great. Village Builders used to be in DFW, but they pulled out a few years ago. I thought they built a decent home, a little more stylish then Lennar... so I am glad to see them active again. Thanks fr sharing.
Hey Partner, I like the way you did this, looks good. Any ideal when we will get results from Missy and the other judge? I would like to wait and put the next month contest on after we publish the results from this month. By the way, please help me remember the featured post roll off the BOTTOM, so the new features start at the TOP. We should be able to remember that

What beautiful pictures Marchel! The sky looks amazing in your second row of pics. I wish Lennar built those types of homes here, they are really nice!
the blog looks fantastic Marchel. This looks like a really appealing area of Texas - I would love a 4000 s.f. home, though I'm afraid I'd clutter it up terribly!!!
KAREN ANNE, and it is hard for me to think of Village being Lennar but you are right the homes are more stylish than a regular Lennar home.
LIZ, Thanks! I have not heard from Missy yet; although I know that she is out of town.
PATRICIA, the pictures were taken on different days. You are right you can tell by the sky. We can get an INCREDIBLY blue sky here. By the way I'm off to Elizabeth tomorrow to surprise my Mother for Mother's Day.
KAREN, Thanks TEACHER!! You did a good job of explaining tables to me and I have been using them ever since. Wow I think we are coming up on a year ago that you explained it to me. Time does fly!!!
WOW!!! Those are some great looking pictures Marchel!! They look like pretty good priced homes in those areas. Those pictures are really gorgeous. I really like how much our areas are similar.
Marchel, this is great! What wonderful shots you have here! Your area is just booming isn't it? Houston is spilling over to us too! This is a great display and you will tell us how to do this right? You're good.
Later in the rain~Deb
Marchel - Your photo's are great and so perfect with placement; each one of your blogs gets better and better.
DEBRA, Thanks! I have your email address from our previous correspondence so I will forward you the email. It is done with HTML which I know you are learning.
CARL & CEIL, Thanks! I guess like anything the more I do it the more comfortable I get. It is all a learning experience.
nice job Marchel - I really like the format and the photos - nicely done
Marchel, your array of photos is gorgeous. The whole Houston area with the Pine trees always brings so much nature to your area that homes settle into a beautiful setting. Quality builders and lush landscaping. A very nice area.
Hi Marchel, this is a wonderful looking development. When builders and developers get on a role they can do marvelous things and the changes from day to day are amazing. Great photos to show off the value Marchel.
Marchel, that's a great looking development. They did a wonderful job with the design.
THESA, Thanks! Sorry it took me so long to comment back.
GARY WOLTAL, If I had realized Houston was so pretty we could have saved a lot of money by moving here first instead of taking the long route to get here. I don't expect we would have been nearly as happy had we come here first so I guess it is good that God is in control.
GARY WHITE, Thanks! The Woodlands is a beautiful area. It is amazing at how fast it is growing.
DUANE, Thanks! It is a wonderful development. I like having the pictures centered. I think it helps when looking at them.
Marchel, the photo's do look great centered. It was easier to view all when the are in line horizontally.
Marchel, those are awesome homes. You are probably the most qualified Realtor I know!!
Robert, I know you left here quite sometime ago but you won't recognize the very northern part of Harris County. It is now home to The Woodlands Creekside. My subdivision use to be the most northern subdivision but we now have a northern neighbor. Thanks for stopping by.
