If you are looking for a subdivision with light restrictions and a low HOA fee this might be just what you are looking for. You may have your travel trailer in the yard but no permanent mobile homes are allowed in the subdivision. By low HOA fees the fees at the present time are $10 per year.

Marchel - It is good to know there is an affordable subdivision with some really nice houses. And the homeowners can keep their travel trailers in the yard, that means alot to many.
Jennifer, the large yards and being able to keep a travel trailer are two big perks for this subdivision. I had some people buy in there specifically so they could keep their travel trailer at their home.
Wow these prices look great for such nice little homes.
"Robin Hood and Little John walking through the forest...oodalolly, oodalolly golly what a day."
My wife's favorite movie is the Disney version of Robin Hood...remember that? Couldn't help it seeing a subdivision with the name Sherwood Forest. :)
Your localism posts are awesome. Spring, Texas is lucky to have such a quality Realtor. Kudos.
Hi Marchel, this is a great market report to allow buyers and sellers key information to keep them up to date with changes. This market is very fluid and maintaining current market information is key. Nice post Marchel.
Hey Marchel! I'm taking that listing at Bender's Landing. Maybe you can help me sell it! You can take me out there and show me around and I'll buy the lunch? Later in the rain~Deb
Shellee, Sherwood Forest has reasonably priced homes. I helped a retired couple buy a home in there several years ago and they have loved it.
JOEY, This Sherwood Forest has no Friar Tuck, Little John or Robin Hoods. Now when we lived in Colorado that Sherwood Forest came with all those characters. I have some great communities to highlight and that makes market reports fun.
Marchel, that is an incredibly low HOA fee. Almost like it is just a few dollars to make it legal. The Pine and Oak trees and oversized lots have got to make this neighborhood attractive!
Gary White, Thanks for stopping by. I was so excited about learning how to do the screen shot that I had to give it a try. I didn't think about the red line around it (it has a red line unless you go to options and turn it off) but decided it looked okay so decided to let it go.
Debra, Let me know when you want to meet. Is it in the estates?
GARY WOLTAL, the beauty of this subdivision is that it is actually in the city limits of Tomball also. The trees and large lots make it a beautiful older community.
Marchel:
At last a place for me and my Merry men to be at rest from the Sherrif. I look forward to moving in.
Robin Hood
Ha.
Great post Marchel.
Hi Marchel - nice job with your report - loving your format -
Hi Marchell, My brother lived in Tomball on Holderrieth Rd. I refer to his home as a dude ranch. So much property, a olympic size swimming pool and about 6 (last time I counted) border collies. He owns his own spa business. Larry Harris with Texas Spa and Pools. Maybe you have heard of him. If so, tell him you have chatted with his sister from NY on the internet. If not and you need a spa and pool guy, he is your man. I love Tomball and love Texas! Great informative post for Tomball residents. I know the area of Sherwood Forest and it is beautiful.
