The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. Of course its a great day in our country, but it also was the first holiday after school was out. It was always great to take the kids and have a long weekend. My kids are grown now, but I love to see families at the water-park or just going to the movies. This morning already you can see Dads and sons playing golf and starting the weekend off right.

I enjoy the fireworks, from afar I hate the noise. I don't like to go out of town on holidays it is too crowded

This 4th of July won't be like most for us. We have a severe lack of rain, almost 2 months. Firework stands aren't allowed to sell any type of rocket that doesn't burn out before reaching ground. Our neighborhood hired constables too. Looks like we'll have to light some sparklers in the byard or something. Take care..

I am heading to my son's home about two hours away with my wife, daughter and two grandkids. I am thinking that we will have a wonderful time.

I'm glad to have one day when agents don't expect me to answer the phone! I'll be hanging with family, having a great picnic and fireworks (after we load the truck for tomorrow's staging). Have a safe and wonderful day!
