Chef Kimberly Fehler, culinary arts instructor at Texas State Technical College, will demonstrate how to decorate an Easter cake from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Collin Street Bakery, 701 N. Interstate 35 in Bellmead.
The free event will cover the step-by-step processes of filling and stacking a basic butter cake, applying fondant, and creating decorative ribbons, flowers and leaves from fondant and gum paste.
