The decorations are up at Waxahachie's famed haunted restaurant, Catfish Plantation. I recently made my annual road trip south and found the fried pickles are still divine and the house is --- allegedly --- still spooked.
Find out for yourself by dropping by or call to join one of their after-hours ghost hunting parties. The restaurant is also offering evening hay rides in a horse-drawn wagon this weekend and next.
Not sure you believe in ghosts? Check back next Friday and I'll re-post a photo taken last year by Texas Spirit Seekers that seems to show a face in the window. Intriguing.
