Cedar City Subdivisions...Mountain Shadows Market Update 1/6/2012

The Cedar City Real Estate Market has some great subdivisions built since 2004. Mountain Shadows is one of those great newer subdivisions. It was built starting in 2005. These are mostly custom homes built on .25 acre lots. It is in the Cedar City boundaries on the West side of town. It is just South of the Country Lane Subdivision.

They ranged in price from $143,000 to $232,648. There are 7 building lots currently listed for sale. They are .25 of an acre and range in price from $18,765 to $29,900. So you still have the opportunity to bring your builder and build your dream home.
